Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)

This structure guarantees a flat rate for every sale that you refer to our brands . When choosing the CPA
structure, the more sales you bring, the more money per sale you make. This structure insures that you
will receive money for every sale.

Unless otherwise specified, the default commission structure for our affiliates is $80.

1 - 10	$80	per sale
11 - 30	$100	per sale
31 - 40	$125	per sale
41 - 50	$150	per sale
51 - 60	$175	per sale
61 - 70	$200	per sale
71 - 90	$225	per sale
91 sales and above	$250	per sale

Hybrid Deals

Hybrid deals are customized to combine Cost per lead and Cost Per Acquisition. For websites that generate
targeted traffic, it is in our interest to meet your needs to the fullest extent. For example: you can earn $1 + a
CPA of $50 to $60 per sale.

Terms and Conditions:

New affiliates must first register to dsnr-affiliates. Participation in this promotion is contingent upon approval by
the designated account manager.

Once the initial 30 day period has ended, the account will switch to DSNR Affiliates standard commission plan
and members will receive $80 per sale.

Payment to affiliates will be made to sums above $250 at the beginning of each month.

Every new affiliate will be able to work on a Hybrid model for 30 days . Participation in this promotion is
contingent upon approval by the designated account manager.

Chargebacks will not be counted as sales.
Notes:
What is CPA? Cost Per Action. We will pay you for every Green Card Lottery registration you brought us. The
CPA rate changes by the number of registrations.
2nd Tier? You think you know people that can sell this product? If so, you will get 5% commission on their
revenues (for life).
Policies
SEM:
1. Keyword Bidding: DSNR  prohibits our affiliates from bidding on trademarked terms or any phrases including
    the trademark (USAFIS, USAFIS.org, USAFIS promotions, Natively Academy, etc.) or those containing
    misspellings in Google, Yahoo, MSN & any other search engine. We welcome affiliates to bid on
    generic keywords.
2. Direct Linking is not permitted in Paid Search. A landing page or website must be provided

3.Affiliate is allowed to use only the promotion tools we supply on our affiliate platform.
4. Unacceptable Web Sites: Adult, mature, pornographic, obscene content (editorial, pictures, links), Illegal
    content, Discriminatory content, Defamatory content, Hate messages or content, Religious propaganda or
    affiliation, Political propaganda or affiliation, Casino / betting sites & Adware / spyware sites.
We reserve the right to void leads and/or terminate any affiliate we find suspect in violation of any of

these terms or any other dishonest activity.
